The way I work
Research and evidence informs that one the most important aspects to therapeutic shift is the relationship that is established between client and counsellor. Working in a non-judgmental way in a safe and confidential environment where the counsellor is empathic and genuine, supports the process of change, and the client coming to new insight. I also use various techniques such as CBT.
I work with a variety of presenting issues such as:
Depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse, work related issues, PTSD, phobia's, relationships, bereavement & loss.
